Hi! I ran a licensed Daycare for over 20 years and have been nannying for the last seven. I had 8 to 12 kids daily, age is 0 to 12. I'm very experienced with infants, kids of all ages, several at a time and Twins. I ran my licensed in-home Daycare like a preschool with a family based feel. Each month we would work on a letter, color, shape and number. We had storytime and arts and crafts daily. They were kindergarten ready when they left me. We celebrated holidays and birthdays. Always a great time! Ive probably potty trained thousands of kids over the years. I don't believe in rushing it. But when we are in the potty training stage everyone parents grandparents and the provider need to be on board. I'm still in touch with many of my Daycare families and the kids.
