In addition to raising my own 4 children, twins included, I have cared for many children from infants to 5th graders. My goal is and has always been to help the children feel at home and loved while they are in my care. I quickly gain the trust of the parents and that helps them feel like they made the right choice. We play outside nearly everyday as the weather permits. I prepare very tasty meals and provide regular snacks and treats that meet the parents' approval. I always make story reading a part of the day, often before nap time or after.

We were visiting Las Vegas for a music festival and needed evening care for our toddler at our hotel for three nights. Jana was absolutely wonderful - our daughter lit up when she saw her each evening! Jana was so thoughtful and attentive, asking detailed questions about our routines and preferences to make sure she understood how we wanted things handled - especially around bedtime and snacks, since we were traveling from a different timezone and didn’t know how predictable the evenings would be. This was the first time I've left my daughter with someone outside the family, and was feeling nervous about doing so. Jana helped me to feel completely at ease leaving our little one in her care. It made our trip so much more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
