With four years dedicated to senior care, with my Mom in the past and currently with my mother in-law and a lifetime of taking care of animals and various pets, I'm driven by a passion for supporting adults' and pets well-being, however needed. My corporate, non-profit experience and health coaching has provided me with a solid foundation. I'm compassionate, friendly, and detail-oriented. I provide respite and personal care. I also handle errands, shopping, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I adapt to changing routines and de-escalate stressful situations. I understand the importance of knowing someone's preferences and history. I provide verbal updates, text, or phone calls. I follow the family's preferred communication method.
