I know that reliability and time management are my two greatest strengths in any given role and I understand the importance of these qualities when it comes to caring for children and supporting a family. Knowing that the one caring for your family's children will be there when you need them is essential to guaranteeing a stable foundation for growth. I gained extensive experience supporting individuals with disabilities and special needs across a wide range of challenges. I learned how to adapt to different environments and to meet each individual's unique needs. I am confident in my ability to support your children and work closely with your family to ensure their needs are understood, respected, and met with care and compassion. Through my experience as a swim instructor, I gained knowledge and first hand experience on children's safety.
