About Janalyn

Hi I'm Jana! As number 2 in a family of 8, I've been taking care of kids my whole life. Some relevant highlights include working as an AuPair in Italy for two sets of twins (7m and 3yr); On multiple occasions, caring for families of between 3-6 kids (ages 0-13) while parents go on trips out of the state or country for multiple days; Safely guiding troubled youth (13-19yrs) through the wilderness of southern Utah for 6 months; Providing care for multiple infants while parents worked or attended school. The children and teens I've worked with have had a variety of needs including: ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, Depression, Epilepsy, Social Struggles, Mood and Learning Disorders to name a few. I am a First Responder and have recognized and treated a variety of conditions, the most prevalent being: athletic injuries, stings, bites, allergies, hydration and heat/cold injuries.
