Supporting the independence, safety and well-being of seniors is my true passion. With seven years of experience, I bring a patient, calm, and compassionate approach to every home I enter. I have worked as a Physical Therapy aide in the hospital for the last 5 years where I have learned proper mobility safety and care. I hold a bachelors degree in health and maintain current CPR Training and First Aid Training. I am happy to assist your loved ones with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation. I excel at redirecting attention during stressful moments and adapting to changing routines to ensure a comfortable environment. I prioritize clear communication and will provide updates through your preferred method, whether by phone or text.
