About Janae

Hi! My name is Janae, and I'm an experienced preschool assistant teacher with a genuine passion for working with children. I've been babysitting since I was 15. I love being a sitter and would love to be a nanny because I truly enjoy helping kids learn, grow, and feel confident in themselves. I've worked with children of all ages through the Boys & Girls Club and as a tutor, where I supported students academically while helping build their confidence and social skills. I'm knowledgeable in early childhood development, structured routines, and positive behavior strategies, and I always aim to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. I am CPR certified and comfortable with pets. My goal is to give parents peace of mind while making sure their children feel supported, cared for, and have fun!
