I'm Janae, I've worked as a nanny and Family Assistant for the past 9 years. As the eldest of 7 children with 6 little brothers (yes, crazy I know!), I can appreciate a little madness, and I absolutely love kids. 

Some fun facts about me are that I have a bachelor of science in Anthropology and collegiate-level cello training. I also have a background in healthcare, having worked as an assistant on an ocular melanoma team. 

I've supported infants, twin infants/toddlers, children with disabilities, and high-profile households in live-in and travel roles. I'm known for my integrity, professionalism, fondness for wisdom, quick thinking, and proactive approach. I work hard to make daily life smoother and more joyful for those I support.

First time hiring on Care, I never had any one babysit besides close family so I was extremely nervous but Janae was so amazing I can’t recommend her enough! My son loved doing crafts, making cookies, and watching ninja turtles with her. She was sweet, genuine, and you can immediately tell she had such a great heart we will definitely hire her again! 

Janae is literally the best! She’s punctual, personable, and very smart. More importantly, my kids immediately warmed up to her and loved having her around. 

I cannot stress how much we love Janae!! She is caring, intuitive, trustworthy, so smart, takes feedback and instructions, and we’re grateful to have her taking care of our C. We’re new parents and Janae has made the transition back to work much less stressful! 

Janae is the BEST! She’s just one of those people that you immediately trust and feel good leaving your kids with. I’ve never left my kids with anyone besides my mom before we met Janae and I feel totally comfortable leaving. She is kind, funny, personable, and most importantly she is very caring. We have a baby and a toddler and she is equally attentive to both. We feel very lucky to have found a trustworthy caregiver like Janae.

The best sitter we could've ever asked for! She watched my twin babies for date nights and so I could get out of the house from time-to-time. I was always at ease when they were under her care. Janae is very professional, calm and reliable.

She was absolutely amazing with our 3 1/2 year-old son. My husband and I traveled to Lake Charles to stay at the casino for a couple of days and we wanted some adult time while we were there. I immediately felt safe leaving my child with her and I am definitely one of those overprotective first time moms. She came ready to help and was very flexible. Originally we had planned to have her join us for dinner so that she could get to know him and that he would be comfortable with her but she has such genuine and natural energy that he warmed up to her right away and couldn't wait to play with her which allowed my husband and I to go out for several hours. She was on top of every little detail, including ordering room service for dinner for them, administering his nighttime medication, and also putting him to sleep. She even handled his tantrum like a pro when it was time to put the iPad away. She is sweet and caring, and I would definitely recommend her and hire her again.

Janae is wonderful!   We chose her over dozens of applicants because she is well spoken and polite and exhibited all the behavior we'd like our children to learn from a nanny!   Our children absolutely loved her and we wish we could hire her 7 days a week!

We have known Janae for almost a year now she is out traveling nanny! She was an instant hit for my children and I'm hear to tell you I'm not the kind of mother that won't just let anyone watch my children! Janae came for a couple meet and greets and met me and a few friends to further get to know me and my children! I use her for every business occasion and she also helps out for other families when we travel to pageants ! Janae was so amazing! I hired her to help with childcare for one of our church conferences. She was on time, prepared and had a wonderful smile on her face the whole time. She was absolutely amazing with the kids and I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for childcare!

Janae was such a breath of fresh air. She was punctual, courteous, and my kids instantly loved her and accepted her into our home. I did not expect her to clean my home, just take care of the kids until I got home BUT Not only did she clean my house unexpectedly/beautifully, she even changed the kids for bed and made them dinner. Janae was an awesome babysitter! She jumped right in with the kids and hangout. When she left the kids said they had the best time with Janae! I hired her for a one-time job, but will be hiring her again and again!

Janae could not have been a more perfect addition to our family. This was our first experience with a caregiver, as I am a stay at home mom, and we have absolutely no regrets. Before we had our second child, we knew that given the high needs temperament of our first child we were going to need additional help with a newborn and a toddler temporarily.

Janae has such a pure heart and she possesses a genuine desire to not only help but serve others, which she demonstrates daily. She truly went above and beyond to allow us to get through such a big transition period in our lives. My husband has a very unpredictable work schedule yet she was always extremely flexible when it came to accommodating our needs. 

You will never find her sitting idle in your home as she is constantly seeking ways to make your life easier and lend a helping hand wherever she can. She is so easy going and extremely patient when it comes to children too. You can trust that your kids will be in wonderful hands.

In a word, Janae is outstanding!  Truly.  (Okay, that's two words.)  Seriously, this young woman is terrific; she's smart, hard-working, dependable, kind, honest, punctual, communicates effectively, eager, self-starting, etc.  There's only one reason not to hire her -- because I still need her!  My three kids & I are truly lucky & blessed to have found Janae.

Janae is honestly one of the best sitters I've ever had for my girls. Everyone knows I'm super picky about who I let around my 4 girls, but she has been perfect. My kids adore her and look forward to seeing her over and over again. She is such a doll to deal with and extremely interactive with the kids. I want to keep her all to myself but she is truly a blessing to any family that needs her. 

Janae is great with my 3 month old and is my go-to for occasional babysitting now. She's punctual, reliable and responds quickly with her availability.

Janae was terrific and our very sporty son loves her! He is 7 and they have a great time together. 

Janae baby sat my two toddler boys a few days out the week and they loved her. She followed my daily instruction and kept my children busy, safe, an happy. Great babysitter!
