I believe the most important quality in a care giver is to be patient, respectful and always keep the patients well being first. The one important thing I have learned in my career is to always listen to the client. I would love to be that peace of mind for your family when you're unable to be there. Communication to the client and their family is so important and should always be open and respectful I am able to provide references when requested. Also can do overnites and can start immediately.

To Whom It May Concern, I am pleased to write a letter of recommendation for Jana who provided in home care for my elderly parents assisting in activities of daily living and providing companionship. Jana worked with our family from 2021 to 2023 (it may have been longer as I do not remember her precise start date). We appreciated the genuine care and compassion she brought to her role. Jana prepared thoughtful and nutritious meals and consistently showed a willingness to help out when needed, often volunteering to cover additional shifts or adjust her schedule. Her reliability and flexibility were very much appreciated. Jana and my father had a good back-and-forth relationship although it was more challenging to engage my mother in meaningful activities because of her progressing dementia. However, Jana always treated her with respect, and I believe she made a sincere effort to provide support. Overall, I would recommend Jana for caregiving roles where reliability and kindness are needed. Jana has a solid foundation as a caregiver and the compassion that makes a difference. Craig
