About Jana

Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me as a caregiver. For the past six years, I've been dedicated to providing compassionate support to adults and seniors, and I truly value their well-being and independence. My experiences in previous care roles have only strengthened my passion. I offer respite care, live-in home care, transportation, and hospice services. I'm also happy to help with errands, shopping, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I am experienced in dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and encouraging physical activity. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I adapt to changing routines and de-escalate stressful situations. Building a connection with your loved one is important to me, and I achieve this by understanding their preferences and personal history. I provide regular updates via text or phone call, as well as verbal updates during visits. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I have a car and I'm comfortable with pets.
