I had scheduled Jamison for a first shift, but unfortunately the experience was impacted by lack of communication. I reached out early that morning and again later in the evening to confirm, but did not receive a response. I was then notified at 11:40 PM that she was unable to come due to illness. While I understand that things happen, timely communication is very important for childcare, and this made it difficult to plan accordingly.
