I am passionate about nurturing the growth and development of children, which is why I've dedicated over a year to providing childcare. My experience in previous babysitting roles has solidified my desire to make a positive impact on their lives. I believe in fostering a patient and calm environment while remaining approachable and friendly. When it comes to communicating with parents, I prefer verbal communication at pickup and follow their preferred method for any other discussions. My approach to enforcing household rules is guided by the parents' lead. I find that children thrive in consistent environments, so I adapt to the rules and routines established by the family. When it comes to playtime, I enjoy a variety of games that cater to different interests, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children and have experience with various age groups, from toddlers to preteens.
