Bringing 10 years of experience in senior care, I'm passionate about helping adults maintain their independence and well-being. My background as a Licensed Practising Nurse and Certified Nursing Assistant allows me to provide comprehensive support. I have experience adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion with patience and empathy. I'm also CPR and First Aid trained. I build connections with care recipients by understanding their preferences and personal history. I'm happy to provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I always follow the family's preferred communication method. Knowing I can make a positive impact on someone's life is what I love most about being a caregiver.
