About Jamila

I work as a nanny and babysitter since 2007; I've worked with infants, toddlers, and elementary age kids. The skills I have to care for kids came from caring in family growing up, caring for neighbors kids, employed with other families and also from building my own family. I was born 1988; I am a Brazilian-American citizen, married, and have a son and daughter of my own. I can read and write in both English and Portuguese fluently. I also have my own transportation and Connecticut driver's license with clean record. I'm CPR and First Aid certified. I don't drink or smoke and have no problem with animals. I'd describe my personality as caring, fun, creative I like working with kids because children are so gentle and kind hearted, they brighten up my day. My skills include safety-first supervision, age-appropriate communication, and structured routine management.
