I'm experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation, particularly with memory care needs. I am comfortable with mobility assistance, personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, respite care, hospice services, dementia care, medical management, and physical activity. I always follow the family's preferred communication method. I have some college experience and current CPR and First Aid certifications.
