Hi! I'm Jamie, a former elementary school teacher with a degree in Early Childhood Education and five years of classroom experience. I have experience working with children with exceptionalities and developmental needs, including adapting activities and instruction to meet individual abilities and goals. I'm patient, encouraging, dependable, and love helping children build confidence and independence through positive, hands-on experiences. My teaching background has taught me how important it is to meet each child where they are while creating an environment where they feel safe, supported, and celebrated. I'm also CPR certified and love incorporating creativity, games, movement, and everyday life skills into the time I spend with kids!
