About Jamie

I'm super passionate about working with kids and genuinely enjoy spending time with them. My time babysitting doesn't feel like work at all. I'm often told by the parents that their child asks for me. I've been babysitting on and off since I was 12, starting with watching my neighbors' two kids who were 2 and 4 years old. This past summer, I worked as a camp counselor at a sleep away camp in Maine for kids ages 8-14. I sometimes babysit for some of the kids I had as campers when their regular sitter is not available or their family need someone last minute. I'm hoping to find a family I can work for regularly, and build a connection with their child(ren) over a longer period of time. I'm open to traveling to different parts of the city if the fit is right. I can offer a few references if that is something you are interested in. I hope to hear from you!
