Alert, this person closed a profile and opened another to avoid a bad review. Set a time for interview to meet/align with her schedule days ago. If she had covid or sick, we could have simply rescheduled, but Jamie texted at 11pm night before to say her boyfriend planned a surprise for her and needed to adjust our schedule. Then said he does that a lot. I adjusted multiple events to meet her needs, during a time that a family member passed and our time is at a premium. If she cannot make a commitment for an interview, how can you be depended upon when there is no other resource to care for your pets, or worse, out of town? This is supposed to be a job site for responsible service providers.
