About Jamie

I am a graduate counseling student with a passion for helping children learn, grow, and thrive. In addition to previous experience as a nanny, I have experience working with children and adolescents in residential treatment settings, where I supported youth with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs. Through this work, I developed strong skills in building trust, creating structure, managing challenging behaviors, and fostering a safe, supportive environment. I genuinely enjoy spending time with children and helping them develop confidence, independence, and healthy coping skills. I am patient, dependable, and attentive, and I strive to create meaningful connections with the families I work with. Whether assisting with daily routines, homework, activities, transportation, or providing a nurturing presence, I bring both professionalism and genuine care to every child in my care.
