I have 15 years of experience as a nanny & house manager for executive-level families, caring for children from newborns to 11 years old. Kids naturally warm up to me-I'm often the one they run up to first-and I genuinely love the joy and unpredictability each day brings. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Loyola University & have a deep understanding of child development, especially in the baby & toddler years. I know what to look for in each stage & how to support growth in ways that are both nurturing & age-appropriate. I'm a phenomenal organizer & bring that same intentionality to planning activities that are fun, stimulating, & support learning. From sensory play to structured games, I create environments where kids can thrive-& families can feel confident & at ease. At present, I am working full time as a legal administrative assistant in Northfield M-F 9-4:45. Id love to find a family that weekly needs my assistance. Side Note: my pay rate on here is negotiable
