I have been working at a charter school for students with ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and other learning disabilities going on 7 years now. I began as a classroom aide, then was a lead teacher in a K-1st grade classroom for 3 years. I am now an administrative team member at our school for the 2nd year. I was a Site Lead for a special needs camp in Lakewood for 2 years. Unfortunately, I was unable to continue with the camp due to my full-time work schedule. I made a career change in Special Education after 2 years out of college (majored in Marketing). I am very dedicated and committed to my career and helping students and families with special needs children.
