About Jamie

Hello! I'm Jamie, and I've spent the last 10 years caregiving on a spectrum from beginning to end of life. During that time I ran a midwifery practice where I attended 200 births and many sessions where I managed clinical charting, client needs, and worked with other providers to create a holistic care plan for the families I served. I am also a trained end-of-life, death, and perinatal loss doula. I've learned to be attentive to the needs of the dying, the signs of death, and the grief of loved ones. Before caregiving, I was a house-cleaner and organizer doing move-out cleans, hoarding cleans, and more. I'm a Valencia graduate with my A. A., and I'm in the middle of my B. A. at UCF. I have tutored children in L. A./writing and the English language. I speak Spanish conversationally as I lived and worked in Costa Rica for 7 years. Beyond that, I'm a mother of four children ages 5-15 and have extensive experience with newborns as a former midwife all through early teens.
