About Jamie

As someone who is passionate about helping others, my earliest experience in senior care began with helping my grandmother with projects around her house. I gained professional experience in my college job doing respite camp services for adults with intellectual disabilities. My most recent experience working with seniors has been in one-on-one caregiving for women with dementia and Parkinson's disease. I am comfortable with assisting daily living activities, administering oral medications and enhancing quality of life with client-preferred hobbies and social events. As a former yoga teacher, I also have extensive knowledge in chair yoga and modified physical exercise and breathing and meditation for advanced age and mental and physical disabilities.
