About Jamie

Hello! I have a great passion for children and working with parents to assure the best foundation for their child. I graduated in 2004 from Towson University with a B. S. in Early Childhood Education and Child Studies. Since that time, I have had seven years experience as a kindergarten teacher and a broad range of in-home care experiences; with ages ranging from newborn to 16 years of age. I enjoy using activities that are hands on and allowing children to use their curiosity to explore in order to learn. My enthusiasm and energy encourages children to be confident in their ideas, take risks and think critically. If I am able to impact the love of learning to a single young child, I will know that it was a job well done. After all, the future of our children rests heavily on their educational foundation.
