Empowering elementary students to reach their full potential is the core of my teaching practice. I believe that every child thrives when given personalized support tailored to their unique needs. By actively listening and observing how a student interacts with new material, I adapt my methods--whether through visual aids, hands-on activities, or interactive discussions--to ensure concepts truly click. When a subject feels challenging, I break complex problems into manageable steps and connect lessons to real-world interests to build momentum. I prioritize open communication with parents to foster a collaborative, trust-based environment. With one year of experience, I find that building a strong, supportive rapport is the most rewarding part of my work.
