About Jamielyn

Hi, I'm Jamie! I'm a single mom to a sweet 5-year-old, and I'm looking for a part-time job where I can use my experience and love for kids. I have a Bachelor's in Elementary Education, was a first grade teacher in the Philippines, and taught kindergarten and first grade in an after-school program in California. I've cared for babies since I was 10, taking care of my nephews and nieces, and now as a mom I'm very confident with infant and toddler care. I'm patient, gentle, and I take time to observe each child's behavior so I can understand their needs and make them feel safe and comfortable. On some days I may bring my daughter, who is very friendly and makes a great playmate. I would love to support a family who needs someone kind, responsible, and experienced.
