My earliest experiences and exposure with both siblings as well as individuals with challenges, has prepared a solid foundation for me to be successful and compassionate in my life s direction and goals with regard to a career. I have two-step sisters with special needs, and have grown up with them as a part of my life. They have grown into two amazing young women and I have looked over their care since the passing of their mother in December of 2010. My first paid position was at a non public school working with children on the autism spectrum in 2002. I have continued my career working in the school districts, ABA programs, SLS Programs, Behavioral Mental Health Programs etc. I am currently a Program Director and am looking for work on the weekends.
