Jamie met us and seemed excited about working with us. Her references said she was great. When it came down to actually showing up and providing care, she gaslit me into thinking she was cool with it but then ghosted at the last second twice then blocked me. Not sure why she couldn't just cancel ahead of time like any decent human being would....
