About Jamie

I'd describe my personality as patient, conscientious, and friendly. I like working with animals because they bring me joy. I had a dog for 10 years and some fish from time to time, and I took care of them well. I also have watched dogs that are usually shy around people, but they warmed up to me quickly. I worked with animals for most of my life with my own pets. Since I was in middle school, I also watched family and friends' pets whenever they needed someone to care for them and have done that ever since. In my spare time, I like to read, write, and exercise (walking, running, biking, and hiking). One thing you should know about me is that I have watched two dogs and two cats for over two weeks, and the animals enjoyed my presence. This included staying every night with them in their home. My skills include walking pets and giving them exercise, thoroughly grooming pets, and comforting them when they need attention.
