About Jamie

I am a certified educator and assistant principal with over 18 years of experience working with children in both classroom and caregiving settings. I am passionate about creating safe, structured, and engaging environments where children can thrive. Throughout my career in education, I have worked closely with families and understand the importance of dependable, trustworthy care. I am CPR/First Aid trained, have reliable transportation, and am comfortable with meal preparation, light housekeeping, homework support, and engaging children in reading, creative play, music, and outdoor activities. I am available most weekday evenings (unless I have a scheduled school function, which I know in advance) and most weekends. I am open to part-time, evening, or shared-care arrangements. I value communication, consistency, and creating a calm, positive environment for every child in my care.
