About Jamie

I am pleased to introduce myself and share my enthusiasm for the opportunity to work with your child this year. With 18 years of experience in education in Illinois, I am passionate about providing individualized support that fosters growth and confidence. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Elementary and Special Education from Indiana University, a Master's in Reading from Olivet Nazarene University, and a Master's in Educational Leadership from North Park University. Teaching is truly a joy for me, and I am dedicated to helping students reach their full potential. As your child's tutor, my goal is to collaborate closely with you and your child's teacher(s) to develop a personalized tutoring plan that promotes success, self-confidence, and independence. I firmly believe that with the right support, every child can achieve his or her goals, and I look forward to celebrating each milestone with you.
