Jamie fit right into our family life. Her temperament is wonderful - she's kind, sweet, and she had such a calming influence on our son as she cared for him from age 7 months-10 months. We would have kept her on but she was pregnant with a baby of her own. Jamie is very collaborative with childcare - this is our first child, and since she has a toddler of her own, she offered great suggestions and advice while we worked together to problem-solve our baby's napping issues. She cooked food the baby loved, including making snacks for him that we could freeze and reheat. Our son loved her and got so excited when she walked in the door each day.
