About Jamie

I've always had a deep love for children. I'm a proud mom of three-two boys and one girl-and for years, I immersed myself in volunteering at their schools. While I'm incredibly grateful for that time, I'm ready for a new chapter. I earned my teaching degree from Eastern Illinois University & spent several years in the classroom, first as an elementary teacher, then later as a middle school teacher after earning my master's degree. When our oldest son turned two, our family made the decision that I would stay home full-time. We moved to Geneva, IL in 2017. My husband travels often for work, we have two sweet dogs, and now I'm excited about the opportunity to support another family. I vividly remember our own search for a nanny-the worries, the what-ifs, and the relief when we finally found someone who was the right fit. I'm flexible, a non-smoker, and have a reliable car.
