About Jamie

Hi there, I'm Jamie! I'm a senior human development major, minoring in both education and communication at UC Davis! I have substitute associate taught at a small Los Angeles private school, interned in K/4th grade public school classrooms in Davis, and interned in a middle school in Florence Italy. I also am a mentor for the Redwood SEED Scholar program at UCD. Aside from day camp counseling, my other work experience is all in hospitality, sales, and retail. I love to get outside- hike, swim, and love to go on big long walks. I like to keep things neat and will happily do light housekeeping as needed. Most of my experience is with elementary aged kids- but I'm up for pretty much anything you throw at me:) I'm an animal lover and grew up with very protective shepherds- no size of dog or creature can scare me.
