Cared for Parkinson's patience, dementia patients, wheel chair bound patience, and Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) patience. Very hands on, and social as well as proper meal plans and cleanliness. Also for social interaction. I'd describe my personality as honest, friendly, and patient. I like caring for seniors because they need the care when they can not fend for themselves as they once did. We will all be there at some point in our life. I'm looking for a job that will help supplement my income. I started caring for seniors when I was younger, with my grand parents. Then as a friend of a neighbor, then Family. In my spare time, I like to go to the gym, camp, and family outings, home improvements, and yardwork One thing you should know about me is I care for people's well being. And try to make everyone comfortable and enjoy each and every day. My skills include healthy meals, total care and being the seniors advocate for good health and well being.
I can't recommend Jim highly enough. I From the very first meet-and-greet, it was immediately clear that he is someone truly special. Although it was intended to be a brief introduction, Jim instinctively recognized how much care my mom needed. Without hesitation, he put down his coat, rolled up his sleeves, and began gently engaging with her—talking to her, offering fluids, and providing comfort with such kindness and respect. He stayed for over an hour and was able to get her to drink an entire sippy cup of a protein drink, which meant more to me than I can express. What stood out even more was that his care didn’t end when he left. That evening, he continued thinking about her—purchasing electrolyte solution on his own and preparing a homemade meal of roast, carrots, and potatoes for the next day. He arrived on time the following morning with food that smelled incredible, lovingly prepared oatmeal, and even took the time to offer me breakfast as well—a gesture that deeply touched me, as caregivers often forget to care for themselves. Jim went above and beyond by bringing his own NutriBullet from home so he could blend the meal into a texture that was easy for my mom to eat. She absolutely loved it. His thoughtfulness, initiative, and genuine compassion were nothing short of a blessing. Although my mom had to be admitted to the hospital shortly after, I will always be grateful for the care, dignity, and kindness Jim showed her—and me—during that time. He is a true godsend, and any family would be incredibly fortunate to have him caring for their loved one.
