Hello! My name is James-, I have worked in special education in a school setting since 2021, and with students with ADHD and autism in a tutoring setting since 2019. I have experience working with people with special rights from ages 2 to 18. I have supported people with ADHD, autism, low vision, down syndrome, speech delays, anxiety, depression, OCD, and mobility struggles including wheelchair use. I have been trained in using a few different AAC devices and am quite adept at navigating and figuring out new ones! I am very aware of sensory differences people may have and creative in supporting those differences. I work through a neurodiversity affirming framework.
