Hello, my name is Sincere. I am a compassionate and dedicated caregiver with over six years of Nurse Aide experience, specializing in supporting individuals with mental and physical disabilities. I have worked in various settings, including in-home care, group homes, and nursing facilities, serving clients aged 17 to over 65. In addition to hands-on care, I have supervised staff and managed care plans to promote safe, respectful, and independent living environments. I am trained in mobility assistance, CPR, universal precautions, IDD, food preparation, and documentation.
