About James

My name is James, I'm 42, single, and I love helping the elderly! I became truly passionate about elder care in 2018, when I started caring for my mom, full-time, with late stage dementia. It was the honor of a lifetime, to care for someone that worked their whole life and needed love, compassion, and safety, at a time when they didn't always know if that moment was a safe place. From caring for properties, completing ADL's, transportation, grocery shopping, finances, love, care, small day trips, and more, I have comprehensive experience caring for those with dementia. I worked in healthcare administration for the past 11 years, and after my last company went under, I decided to reflect, and realize what actually made a difference in my life, and that is helping others. Nobody is going to remember me someday when the spreadsheets are gone, but they will remember someone who loved them, cared for them, and gave them the best possible life they could enjoy in their time of need.
