I'd describe my personality as easygoing patient and kind. I like tutoring because it gives me an opportunity to give back to the community. When I was in college, I started tutoring in the writing center, and then later on in the academic centers at the different colleges I attended. I started tutoring when I became a professor at Marist College. I found that a lot of my students benefited from the one on one interaction as we went over the material from the 22 different classes that I taught. One thing you should know about me is I'm extremely committed, dedicated, and proficient of what I do. I've been teaching at the college level for over 25 years and tutoring for closer to 30. I'm dependable. I have a 37-year-old son and two granddaughters. My skills include test preparation for even the most difficult tests, the ability to connect with any type of student at any level, and mastery over content material that I tutor
