About Jalysa

I was motivated to become a caregiver because caring for children has been a meaningful part of my life since I was 15, when I began helping care for my younger siblings. Over the years, I discovered how much I genuinely enjoy nurturing, teaching, and creating a safe and happy environment for children. My experience caring for babies through age 12, working in a daycare nursery and toddler classroom for two years, serving as a paraprofessional for children with special needs, and volunteering with babies, toddlers, and pre-K children at my church has only strengthened that passion. I love watching children learn, grow, and develop their own personalities. I want parents to feel confident knowing their children are with someone who is responsible, patient, loving, attentive, and truly enjoys being around children. For me, caregiving is more than simply watching a child--it is an opportunity to make them feel safe, valued, supported, and cared for.
