About Jalila

As a nurturing and experienced nanny, I take pride in supporting families and ensuring the well-being of children. My passion for caregiving stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles, where I discovered the joy of nurturing young minds and fostering their development. With over two decades of experience, I'm known for my patient and calm demeanor, which creates a serene environment for children to thrive. My creative and imaginative nature allows me to engage children in fun and educational activities that stimulate their curiosity and enhance their learning. I believe in open communication and regularly provide written daily reports, verbal updates at pickup, and prompt text or phone calls to keep parents informed about their child's day and any matters that arise. I firmly believe in respecting the parenting style of each family and follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules.
