About Jaleia

Hi! My name is Jaleia, and I have been working as a lead toddler and preschool teacher since July 2021. I absolutely love working with children and creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment where they can learn and grow! I am CPR certified and have taken college courses in Early Childhood Education, which helped build my foundation in child development and care. I am currently pursuing a degree in Psychology with a focus on child psychology, which allows me to better understand children's behaviors, emotions, and developmental needs. In addition to my professional experience, I'm also a proud aunt to two nephews and one niece, so caring for children is a big part of my life both in and out of the classroom! I am patient, reliable, and nurturing, and I truly enjoy building meaningful connections with the children and families I work with. I am also open to finding a full-time position and becoming a consistent, supportive part of your child's routine.
