About Jalayla

I began my career working in daycare, where I gained hands-on experience providing care, supervision, and support for young children while helping create a safe and nurturing learning environment. I later expanded my experience as a Direct Support Professional, assisting individuals with daily needs, behavioral support, and skill development while focusing on patience, safety, and individualized care. I also worked in schools as an ESE (Exceptional Student Education) ParaProfessional, supporting students with different learning needs and helping them succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. Through these roles, I have developed strong experience working with children under age, along with the ability to provide compassionate care, maintain structure, and support positive development.
