About Jakob

I love watching children and youth blossom when they're in a safe and comfortable environment. I began as a science teacher and went on to serve as an assistant principal, principal, and charter school executive director. I hold a BS in Biology Education, a Master's in Education Administration, and a graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis. That training helps me keep kids motivated, break big assignments into small steps, and build routines that stick. I can help with: Homework help and study skills, especially science Organization and after-school routines Patient support for kids who get frustrated Reading, projects, and test prep Availability: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6pm, in Springville and nearby communities, including daytime hours for homeschool families. Happy to coordinate with your child's teacher. References available.
