Jake has been assisting me for 4 years. He's very helpful and a joy to be around. He provides non medical care but is insured, certified in First aid and CPR and Pet First Aid for my dog Daisy. Jake arrives with a first aid kit and AED in his car every time he's with me. Thankfully, we have never needed to use any of those things but just knowing that he is that prepared is comforting. He also makes me laugh which is something I use to rarely do as I live alone.
