About Jakel

Hi! I am a college student focusing on psychology of behavior. I have always wanted to work with children. In May, I will have been a nanny for 6 years! Being the oldest sibling and oldest cousin, I have also always been the family babysitter. I take pride in being reliable, caring, patient, and creative. In my free time, I enjoy to hiking, hanging with loved ones, trying new foods, and staying busy. I also make press-on nails for fun! As a nanny, I enjoy creating crafts and educational experiments, playing outside, dancing around to music, going to the park/library/science center, and baking/making treats and snacks together. I am very hands on but also encourage independence. I'm comfortable with sleep training and potty training. I also offer light cleaning, can run errands, and meal prep. I'd like to add that I have years of experience with children on the Autism spectrum and have always been told I'm a very loving and patient person. I hope to hear from you!
