I am 24 years old and I have worked in healthcare for 6 years. I first started working at St Joseph's hospital in Syracuse for several months while I pursued my Emergency Medical Technician certification in 2020 along with trying to figure out life. After completing my EMT certification I left the hospital and took another job, At an assisted living facility also in Syracuse. I worked there for 2. 5 years and gained extreme amounts of experience before I decided to become a private home caregiver for the elderly. In 2023 I attended to OCM BOCES in Liverpool NY where I completed my medical assistant certification, I currently work for myself in Syracuse still taking care of elderly. I have tons of experience in independent and assisted living care, Everyday I strive to ensure my clients receive the best care possible. I'd describe my personality as genuine, caring, respectful I like caring for seniors because It makes me happy and I found it to be my niche plus I'm a good cook too!

Jake was always at my home on time, and ready to work. He is a friendly, cheerful person who willingly did a wide range of things to help my husband. He did laundry, light cleaning (vacuuming, changing bedding, loading and unloading dishwasher, light lunch prep, etc. Also Jake would take my husband out for a walk, or to do an errand. As Jake has EMT training I felt comfortable going out to do my errands or to meet a friend when Jake was at our home.
