About Jake

I am a youth development professional with three years of experience in early childhood education and recreational soccer coaching. I serve as Lead K-Wrap Teacher and School Age Program Supervisor at a childcare center, supporting over 30 students from kindergarten through sixth grade. I design daily educational activities, manage structure across age groups, and provide individualized academic and behavioral support, including for children with additional needs. I also coach U8 and U12 soccer and serve as a youth league commissioner, handling team communication and player development planning. My approach blends education and coaching to support each child's growth, confidence, and skill development. Across both classroom and field settings, I focus on creating safe, structured, and encouraging environments where every child has the opportunity to improve and succeed.
