I have lived nearly my entire life with pets around, and am partly hoping that pet sitting will make me miss my own animals who are staying with other family right now a little less. I have experience with cats and dogs of various ages and energy levels. I love to walk or run with dogs, and usually prefer to spend a lot of my day outside, which a more active dog might love! I also really enjoy sitting quietly with a book or an art project, and am very used to needing to keep cats from monopolizing my entire area (or more frequently, giving up and allowing them to do it anyway) My own cat's favorite hobby is to ignore me when I'm not busy, and then flop all over whatever project I'm working on as soon as I decide to start it.
