About Lillian

Hello! My name is Lillian, and I am a fourth year medical student. I have extensive education in various fields of science, math, and English. I have tutored for several families in the past, primarily for children 4-12 years old, though feel comfortable teaching students up to an undergraduate level. I believe learning is best accomplished through cultivation of an individual's interest. It is my goal as a tutor to create an environment and design educational activities that are personalized to each student to enhance excitement and engagement for a given topic. In the past this has included science experiments, pretending to buy and sell kids toys to learn money math, and research projects about soccer players to practice research and paragraph writing.
